After twelve years, the business has now closed.

In 2014, I set up Chris Dunn Consulting with a simple aim: to help businesses grow, manage change, and develop the people who make them successful.

Twelve years later, that chapter has come to an end.

It has been a genuine privilege to work with so many great people over the years: business owners, CEOs, senior leaders, leadership teams, and organisations across a wide range of industries.

Thank you for your trust, your projects, your challenges, and the conversations along the way. Every client, every team, and every organisation brought something different, and I've learned a great deal from the people I've had the pleasure to work with.

What Chris Dunn Consulting Did

Chris Dunn Consulting helped businesses and leaders navigate change, improve performance, and achieve sustainable growth.

The work brought together three complementary areas:

The combination of consulting, coaching, and mentoring was central to the way I worked. Sometimes clients needed specialist expertise and practical solutions. Sometimes they needed a different perspective, a challenge to their thinking, or simply someone with experience to help them work through important decisions.

Often, the greatest value came from bringing these different approaches together.

A Career Built Around Helping People And Businesses Grow

Over a career spanning more than 40 years, I've worked with businesses and leaders in the UK and internationally across many different sectors.

Over the last 20 years, I've also had the privilege of coaching and mentoring individuals, business owners, and leaders, helping them navigate challenges, develop their capability, and achieve their goals.

The most rewarding part has always been seeing people and businesses develop, overcome challenges, and achieve things they may not have thought possible.

If you're looking for a business consultant, mentor, or coach, please take the time to choose carefully.

Look for someone who is properly insured, appropriately qualified, and has the experience needed for your situation.

If you're looking for an executive coach, I'd recommend choosing someone who is professionally qualified and accredited by a recognised coaching body such as the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) or the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
